Since 2012, I have been guiding families through Bedaine Urbaine, providing evidence-informed guidance and practical strategies. This work has given me a strong foundation in sleep-related work, science communication, and public engagement, translating research into accessible, supportive solutions for parents.

I am passionate about children’s sleep and have been researching and writing two books on sleep for children aged 0 to 5 years. I also love exploring social media, both for creating content and staying up to date on trends, which helps me connect with parents and share practical insights.
